ULI Toronto: Fireside Chat 2022: The Daughter Also Rises: Exploring the unique stories of next generation leaders from three Toronto private development dynasties: Kaneff, Sorbara & Tridel

Last week ULI Toronto was pleased to present Anna-Maria Kaneff, Executive Vice President, Kaneff Group; Christina Sorbara, Vice President, Sorbara Group of Companies; and Andrea DelZotto, Executive Board Member, The Tridel Group of Companies and CEO Concrete Cardinal, at the 14th annual Fireside Chat. Lori-Ann Beausoleil FCPA, FCA, Retired PwC Partner, Corporate Board Chair, and DEI advisor, moderated the discussion.

The Fireside Chat began with a brief but interesting presentation of incoming Management Committee Chair Michelle Ackerman by Governance Chair Les Klein. Following that, Barbara Lawlor, the CEO of Baker Real Estate, expressed her excitement about the impending discussion. Lori-Ann Beausoleil FCPA, FCA launched the event with a little land acknowledgement, welcoming amazing energies that flooded the room and set the tone for the Fireside Chat ahead. As the night went by, panellists shared experiences and humorous jokes, and it appeared like everyone left with a new sense of perspective and hope for the future.
