One of the most sought-after occasions that brings together individuals from the real estate and development industries in Toronto for a night of networking is the ULI Toronto Summer Social. The Fifth Social Club and The Ballroom owners' expansive downtown patio, RendezViews, hosted the yearly celebration.

The annual summer soiree, which was first planned as a get-together for the Urban Land Institute ULI Young Leaders Initiative (now ULI Connect), gives young professionals the chance to network with business veterans in a casual atmosphere. Architects, developers, designers, realtors, attorneys, planners, and financiers all mingled together and delighted in their shared interest in Urban Development.

Attendees formed new friendships and reconnected with old ones on the roomy patio that was in view of the CN Tower and included records spun by Norm Li.

After sundown and well into the night, the socializing continued.
