I had a fantastic time at ULI Toronto Winter Social 2025, held at The Fifth Social Club. The evening brought together around 500 professionals from Toronto’s real estate and development community for conversations, refreshing drinks, and excellent music.

The venue, a century-old gem nestled inside the Gelber warehouse, provided a unique backdrop. By day, it showcased a light-filled loft charm, and by night it transformed into a sophisticated lounge complete with DJ Robin Ramcharan, AIA, OAA, MBA, LEED AP, NCARB. This versatile space set the stage for chats, laughs, and fun, making it the perfect spot for networking and mingling.

It was truly great to see so many industry experts connecting, laughing, and just catching up in such a welcoming environment.
