ULI Toronto: SheWithHe 2020: How to Be a Diversity Ally: An Interactive Workshop
The SheWithHe campaign has historically focussed on men and women working in partnership towards gender parity in the real estate and development industry. This year, SheWithHe has expanded its mission beyond focusing on gender parity to look at issues of diversity and inclusion more broadly.
Women and other underrepresented groups can’t solve diversity and inclusion problems on their own. They need allies - people who stand up for others to proactively build inclusion in the workplace.
Join last year’s SheWithHe moderator, Toni De Mello, Director of Human Rights at Ryerson University, as she leads an interactive workshop aimed at developing the skills and cultural competencies necessary to be an ally and to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
