In 2015, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau famously answered “Because it’s 2015” in response to a question about why his Cabinet had equal numbers of women and men. It’s now 2019, four years later, and we look to our industry leaders to understand how women and men are working together to implement tangible initiatives to bring gender parity and diversity to their workplaces.
Join Toni De Mello, Director of Human Rights Services at Ryerson University, as she moderates a conversation among industry leaders on how positive change is happening, what we can learn and take away to our own organizations, and how women and men can continue to challenge our industry to be leaders in creating a culture of equity and diversity in our workplaces.
