Diverse rising leaders in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (#GTHA) who want to develop their #leadership abilities, expand their #networks, learn about #socialissues, and figure out how to positively impact their #communities can participate in CivicAction's award-winning DiverseCity Fellows programme.
Throughout the programme year, Fellows use self-assessment tools, tailored leadership development plans, and skill-building sessions to develop crucial leadership competencies, investigate #community engagement, and expand their networks.
Fellows join a diverse network of hundreds of DiverseCity alumni, mentors, and community builders upon programme completion.
